Russian War Planes Destroy Civil Defence Centre

War planes believed to be Russian targeted a Civil Defence Centre in the town of Khan al-Sheikh in the Western Ghouta (rural Damascus) at 1am on Monday, causing great material damage to a civil defence centre and rendering it out of service. Three officers were also injured as a result.
