Today, Tuesday (23/26/2020), a car bomb exploded in a shopping area near the Tel Half roundabout in Ras Al-Ain town, Al-Hasakah Governorate. Initially, the explosion left four civilians dead and dozens of wounded. It was not known who was behind this crime.
