The total number of victims documented by the Syrian Human Rights Committee (SHRC) in Syria on Tuesday 3-12-2019 reached two persons. In Idlib province, one person was killed due to shelling on Mahmbel town. A woman in Aleppo province was also killed by shelling targeting the city of Azaz by the SDF militia.
