The Syrian regime has resumed its bombing of the besieged district of al-Wa’er in the city of Homs with mortar rockets, explosive cylinders, and internationally prohibited incendiary napalm bombs, killing four people and causing fires to erupt across the district. Regime forces targeted the besieged district of al-Wa’er in the city of Homs with mortar rockets, explosive cylinders, and incendiary Napalm bombs, killing six people as a result. Several rockets targeted medical practises in the district, causing great material damage and rendering them out of service.
