Regime forces targeted a gathering of civilians in the village of Deir Qanoon close to Wadi Bardah in western rural Damascus with artillery shells, killing 12 people. The bombing also targeted “Reem Hall” which acted as a shelter for the displaced. The bombing came from an artillery tank situated in the village of Kfeir al-Zeit.
