Al-Wa’er Subjected to Napalm Bombs and Explosive Cylinders

The Syrian regime has resumed its bombing of the besieged district of al-Wa’er in the city of Homs with mortar rockets, explosive cylinders, and internationally prohibited incendiary napalm bombs, killing four people and causing fires to erupt across the district.
