The Syrian Human Rights Committee (SHRC) documented the killing of (90) people in Syria during the month of April 2021, including (15) children, (4) women, and (9) people who were killed due to torture.
The Syrian regime was responsible for the killing of (18) people, while the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) was responsible for the killing of (12) people, and the Al-Sham Liberation was responsible for the killing of (3) people, and the Russian air force was responsible for the death of only one person.
SHRC documented the killing of (37) people who were assassinated by unidentified persons, (8) persons as a result of the explosion of IEDs, booby traps and shelling remnants, and (8) people were killed by the explosion of landmines.
Daraa governorate was at the forefront of the governorates in terms of the number of victims, reaching (20) people, followed by Aleppo governorate with (18) people, then Deir ez-Zor governorate with (14) people, and then each of the governorates of Idlib and Raqqa with (13) people.
The total number of victims in Al-Hasakah governorate was (6) people, and in Quneitra governorate (3) people, (2) in Hama governorate, and (1) only in Sweida governorate.
