The Syrian Human Rights Committee (SHRC) has documented the killing of (90) people during the month of May 2020, including (12) children, (4) women, and (8) people who were killed under torture.
The Syrian regime was responsible for killing 10 people, the Kurdish Syrian Democratic Forces were responsible for killing 7 people, and opposition factions were responsible for killing 2 people.
SHRC has documented the killing of (40) people, assassinated by unknown persons, as well as the killing of (12) people due to the explosion of landmines, and (10) people due to the explosion of improvised explosive devices and booby-traps.
Deir ez-Zor governorate topped the rest in terms of the number of victims, which reached (32) people, followed by Aleppo governorate with (15) people, then Daraa governorate with (13) people, al-Raqqa governorate with (11) people, and Idlib governorate with ( 8) people
The total number of victims in al-Hasakeh governorate is (7) people, in Hama governorate (3) people, and one in Homs governorate.
