The Syrian Human Rights Committee (SHRC) has documented the killing of (110) people in Syria during the month of April 2020, including (11) children, (4) women, and (7) killed under torture.
The regime forces were responsible for killing (10) people, and the Iranian militia was responsible for killing (8) people, while Tahrir Al-Sham was responsible for killing (4) people, and the Turkish forces were responsible for killing (3) people, and each of the Lebanese forces and the Kurdish militia are responsible for the death of one person.
SHRC documented the death of 53 persons as a result of the explosion of explosive devices and car bombs, (including 42 people in a booby-trapped tank explosion in the city of Afrin), (20) people were assassinated by unknown perpetrators, and (8) people as a result of landmine explosions.
The province of Aleppo topped the rest of the provinces in the number of victims, reaching (50) people, followed by the province of Deir ez-Zor with (33) people, and then the Idlib province with (13) people.
The total number of victims in Hama Province was (5) persons, (3) people in Hasaka province, (2) presons in each of the provinces of Daraa and Homs, and one person in each of the provinces of Damascus and Suwayda.
It is noted that Idlib has been absent from the top of the list of victims for the first time in six months, while Aleppo province topped it, for the first time since March 2017.
