Mrs. (Amina Al-Sayed), a Syrian refugee, died in Sidon, Lebanon, after the hospital refused to admit her to replace a heart battery due to insufficient funds.
The process of the death of Syrian refugees in Lebanon has been repeated as a result of insufficient fund, and the process of their killing at the hands of Lebanese individuals and the failure of the Lebanese authorities to take the matter seriously has been repeated.
In addition, a large number of refugees has been arrested due to the lack of required documents and their inability to provide them due to the security situation in Syria. As well as transferring of a large number of refugees and handing them over to the Syrian regime to be detained, mistreated, and could be tortured to death .
The Syrian Human Rights Committee (SHRC) urges the Lebanese authorities to respect the rights of Syrian refugees in accordance with the UN conventions and provide them with treatment that saves their lives, to stop deporting them to Syria and endangering their lives.
