It is certain, according to the local people of the area, that the Iranian and the regime militias carried out the crime of murder and theft, because the region is under their absolute influence and control.
The Syrian Human Rights Committee strongly condemns this reprehensible massacre against civilians and holds the Syrian regime and the militias supporting it, Syrian and Iranian, directly responsible for this massacre, which was repeated for the third time in two weeks in the areas under the control of the Syrian regime: Six civilians were shot dead in the Khalaf desert in the southern countryside of Aleppo, and a few days before it, 22 people were slaughtered with white weapons in Ma’dan countryside in al-Raqqa countryside.
