Ma’dan town, rural al-Raqqa
Today, Sunday, 5th January 2020, over than 20 bodies of civilians were found killed by knives in the town of Ma’dan, which is controlled by Assad regime forces and supporting militias. east of Raqqa, who were grazing sheep in the area during their killing. .

1- Ghazi Al-Hamidi Al-Moah.
2- Hassoun Turki Al-Moah.
3- Abdul Jasim Al-Ibrahim Al-Assaf.
4 – Mohamed Abdel-Nayef.
5 – Hajji Al-Sayer.
6- Bassam Al-Shibli.
7 – Muhammad Awad Al-Hussein.
8 – Fadi Awad Al-Hussein.
9 – Ahmed Mahmoud Al-Awad Al-Hussein.
10 – Muhammad Awad Al-Trad.
11 – Fadi Awad Al-Trad.
12 – Ahmed Mahmoud Al-Awwad.
13 – Mohamed Nour Al-Assaf.
14 – Abdul Jasim Al-Najem.
No additional details have been received about the horrific massacre, the reasons for which are not clear, given that similar incidents have already been recorded in the countryside of al-Raqqa, although doubts cast around the beneficiaries of such outlaw activities such as the SDF forces or militias associated with the Syrian regime or ISIS.
The Syrian Human Rights Committee condemns this horrific massacre and demands the detection and punishment of perpetrators, commanders and perpetrators and that all measurements should be taken to protect civilians.
