16 people killed in Idlib

The Syrian regime and Russian warplanes continued their air strikes campaign against Idlib for the fifth consecutive day. However this campaign killed 16 people on Thursday, including 5 children and 4 women, and wounded 45 others in raids in several areas in the southern and eastern areas of the province, and was also targeted Civil defence teams with double raids while recovering the dead and injured in Saraqib and Mardikh

The city of Ma`arat al-Nu’man witnessed the highest number of casualties, with 8 deaths, including 3 children and 2 women, as it was targeted by a number of raids with warplanes and with explosive barrels carried by helicopters.

In addition, 4 civilians, including a woman and 2 children, were killed and 12 others were injured as a result of raids carried out by Russian warplanes and helicopters belonging to the Syrian regime in Mardikh town in the eastern Idlib countryside.

The regime warplanes  also targeted the village of Deir Sunbol, killing a man and his wife.
