al-Houl camp under SDF militia control, lack of life basic requirements
The total number of victims documented by the Syrian Human Rights Committee (SHRC) in Syria on Sunday 15-12-2019 reached 7 people, including 3 children and 2 people killed under torture.
In al-Hasakeh Province, 4 people died, including 2 people killed under torture in Sednaya Military Prison, 1 person was killed by a landmine explosion from BYD militia in the village of al-Arbaeen, and 1 child died due to the severe cold and lack of health care in al-Houl camp Under the control of the SDF militia.
In Idlib Province, 2 children died, one due to shelling in the town of Ma’ar Shorin, and the other died from his wounds as a result of a previous bombing in Abdita town.
In Deir ez-Zor Province, one person was shot dead by unknown persons in al-Hawaij village.
SHRC has documented the following victims’ names:
1- Muhammad Al-Sawafah / al-Hasakeh – Rmailan / under torture in Sednaya Military Prison after detention of five years.
2- Majd al-Jarbou / al-Hasakeh – Al-Qamishli / under torture in Sednaya Military Prison after detention of five years.
3- Ahmad Muhammad Al-Zakour / al-Hasakeh / due to a landmine explosion, left by the BYD militia, in the village of al-Arbeen.
4- Child Abdullah Al-Zaidan / Idlib – Abdita / due to his wounds as a result of a previous bombing targeting the town
5- Child Abdul-Malik Hamza Al-Qasim / Idlib – Ma’ar Shorin / due to the shelling on the town
6- Yassin Zakaria Al-Najras / Deir ez-Zor -Al-Hawaij / shot by unknown people in the village of al-Hawaij
7- Girl Habiba Ezz Al-Din Al-Nasser / Deir ez-Zor / due to the severe cold and lack of health care in Al-Houl camp.
