Car bomb in Tal Abyadh kills civilians
The total number of victims documented by the Syrian Human Rights Committee (SHRC) in Syria on Saturday, 23/11/2019 reached 7 people including 1 child and 1 person killed under torture.
In al-Raqqa province, 4 people were killed when a car bomb exploded in Tal Abyadh city in the northern countryside.
Two people died in Idlib province as a result of shelling, that targeted Kafranbel city.
In Aleppo province, one person died under torture in a regime prison.
SHRC has documented the following victims:
1 – Child/ Mahmoud Juma Al-Salman / al-Raqqa – Tal Abyadh / by a car bomb in the city
2 – Mohammed Awad Issa Al-Jaber / al-Raqqa – Tal Abyadh / by a car bomb in the city
3 – Majed Al-Unizan / al-Raqqa – Tal Abyadh / by a car bomb in the city
4 – Attia Khalaf Al-Arar / al-Raqqa – Tal Abyadh / by a car bomb in the city
5 – Abdullah Mohammed Kaddour / Aleppo countryside – Tal Refaat / under torture in one of the regime’s prisons.
