Soran city – Hama province
The total number of victims documented by the Syrian Human Rights Committee in Syria on Saturday 31st August 2019 reached 10 people including a child, a woman and a person who was killed under torture..
In Hama province, 3 persons were killed due to a landmine explosion in Tal Bazam village / Soran city.
In al-Raqqah province, 2 people were killed, one on the hands of SDF Kurdish militia, when they raided his house in al-Dir’iya neighbourhood in al-Raqqah city, and the other died due to his wounds from previous explosion of a car bomb in al-Tabqa city.
In Aleppo province, 2 persons were killed, one due to the shelling on the town of Zarba, and the other by the SDF Kurdish militia in the village of Bukhar for refusing compulsory conscription into the ranks of SDF.
One person was killed in Idlib province due to the shelling on Kafranbel city.
One person was also killed in Deir ez-Zor province by unknown assailants. His body was found in the industrial zone in Albukbamal three days after his disappearance.
One person from Homs province was also killed under torture in a regime prison after nearly a year of detention.
The Syrian Human Rights Committee has documented the following victims:
1- Fadi Juma Alslou / al-Raqqah – Diriyah neighbourhood / shot by the SDF Kurdish militia.
2- Child Nasrallah Mahmoud Al-Hadi / Aleppo countryside – Tal Alloush / due to the shelling on the town of Zorba
3- Suleiman al-Naasan / Aleppo countryside – wilaya village / shot by a SDF Kurdish militia in Bukhar village
4- Saud Mazhar Farhan al-Barghash / Deir Ezzor / found dead in the industrial zone in Albukamal city
5- Khadija Mohammed Al-Essa / Al-Raqqah / died of her wounds due to a car bomb explosion in Palestine Street in Tabqa city a few days ago.
6- Ammar Abdul Qader Bakkour / Homs – Houla / under torture in one of the prisons of the regime
