The total number of victims documented by the Syrian Human Rights Committee in Syria on Wednesday 21st August 2019 reached 12 people, including 4 children, 2 women and 1 killed under torture.
In Idlib province, 10 people were killed, 7 of whom by shelling on the towns of Ma’arshamarin, Telmens and Deir Al-Gharbi and Al-Bashiriya villages.
In Deir Ez-Zor, 2 people were killed, one by shrapnel from a shell fired by a SDF checkpoint near Bir al-Sayyad, and the other under torture in a regime prison.
The Syrian Human Rights Committee has documented the following victims:
1 – Anas Ghazi Al-Amin / Idlib – Ma’rshmarin / due to the shelling on the town
- Child Majd Hamoud Al-Homoud / Idlib- Deir Al-Sharqi / due to the shelling on the village
3- Walid Al-Nasser / Idlib – Deir Al-Gharbi / due to shelling on the village
4 – Islam Haf Sergui / Idlib – Ariha / affected by injuries in a previous shelling on the city
- The child Anas Rustom / Idlib – Ariha / affected by injuries in a previous shelling on the city
- Adel al-Mahmoud / Deir ez-Zor – Sajer village – died by wound caused by a shrapnel from a shell fired by a SDF checkpoint near Bir al-Sayyad.
7 – Abdullah Abdul Ghani al-Omar / Deir ez-Zor / under torture in one of the prisons of the regime.
