The Syrian Human Rights Committee documented the death of 456 people in Syria in July 2019. Of these, 108 were children, 60 were women, and 28 were killed under torture.
The regime forces were responsible for the killing of 246 people, the Russian warplanes were responsible for the killing of 95 people, the Israelis were responsible for the deaths of 3 people, and the international coalition warplanes were responsible for the death of one person only.
The opposition factions killed 23 people, The Kurdish militia of the Syrian Democratic forces killed 9 and Turkish gendarmes killed one person.
32 people were killed by improvised explosive devices and car bombs, and 23 were assassinated by unknown persons. Twenty-two people were also killed by landmine explosions and one was reported to be suffering from lack of health care in the al-Hol camp for displaced persons.
Idlib province came in the forefront of the other provinces in terms of the number of victims, for the sixth month in a row, where the number of victims this month reached (245) people, followed by the province of Aleppo (76) people, Hama (61) people, and then Deir ez-Zor(41) persons.
The total number of victims in Rif Dimashq province (9), (7) in al-Hasakeh, (5) in Daraa province, and 4 victims in each of the provinces of Suweida, Homs and al-Raqqa.
