The total number of victims confirmed by the Syrian Human Rights Committee in Syria on Thursday 21st July 2019, reached 29 people, of whom 9 children, 5 women and one who was killed under torture.
In Idlib province, 19 people were killed due to the bombing of the province cities and towns, which are distributed as: 12 in Oram al-Jouz, 5 in Kafr-Rouma town and one for each of Khan Shykhun and Jbala town.
In Hama province, 5 people were killed due to the shelling of Morek town.
In Deir ez-Zor, a person was killed by random shooting while celebrating the release of a soldier from the regime army in al-Bokmal city.
In Rif Dimashq province, 4 people were killed, 3 of whom due to the explosion of a landmine near Jisrin town and one from Misraba was killed in the regime’s prisons under torture after a year of detention despite that he normalised his status with the regime.
