The total number of victims SHRC was able to document in Syria on Tuesday 23/10/2018 reached 3 persons, including a child and a woman.
In the province of Aleppo, a family of three members was killed by a mine explosion left by the Kurdish autonomy-administration on the road of Barad village in the countryside of Afrin while heading to Aleppo.
The Syrian Human Rights Committee documented the names of the following victims:
1 – Mohammed Perro / Aleppo countryside – Shikhurza village / in the explosion of a mine left by the Kurdish militia in the countryside of Afrin
2 – Tulin Perro / Aleppo countryside – Shikhurza village / in the explosion of a mine left by the Kurdish militia in the countryside of Afrin
