The total number of victims documented by SHRC in Syria today were four people, including two children and a lady.
Three people were killed in Homs in the al-Burkan camp due to lack of medical care and the blockade of the camp by regime forces who are denying the camp access to food items. Two children died due to lack of baby milk and the refusal of the Unicef health point to take them in, in addition to a lady in her sixties who had abdominal swelling and whom the unicef point also refused to take in.
In Deir Az-Zor, one person died when a landmine exploded in the countryside of Darnaj town.
The names of the victims are:
1- (Child) Manaf al-Hamoud/ Homs- al-Burkan camp/ Died due to lack of health care and baby milk in the Burkan camp
2- (Child) Huda Mustafa Rislan / Homs- al-Burkan camp/ Died due to lack of health care and baby milk in the Burkan camp
3- Khalid ‘Aklah al-Dawas/ Deir Az-Zor- Dhiban/ Died of a landmine in Darnaj
4- Fayzah Ahmed/ Homs- Tadmur/ Died after the medical point in the camp refused to take her in when she was suffering from abdominal swelling
