The total number of victims documented by SHRC in Syria today were four people.
Three were killed in the province of Idlib, among them one who was killed by bullet fire from a faction of the Sham Liberation when they raided a home in the town of al-Tah. Another person was killed when a land mine left behind by Syrian regime forces exploded in the town of Kafraya, and another killed when a an explosive device targeted his car on the Kafraya route. One person was also killed in Deir Az-Zor when a mortar rocket was fired by ISIS onto the town of al-Bahrah in the rural east of the province.
The following victims were identified:
1- Ahmed Omar (Director of the Central Operations Unit in the Idlib Health Directorate) / Idlib/ Killed when an explosive device targeted his car on the Kafraya route
2- Nader Za’tour/ Idlib- Kafranbel/ Killed by a land mine planted by Syrian regime forces in Kafraya
3- Salih al-Aboud al-Mohammed al-Rafish/ Deir Az-Zor- Al-Kashkiya/ Killed when a mortar rocket launched by ISIS hit at-Bahrah
