The Syrian Human Rights Committee (SHRC) has documented the death of 1,040 people in July 2018, including 71 children, 58 women and 546 people under torture whose names were released by the regime this month. The regime forces were responsible for the death of (773) people, Russian forces killed (38) people. The Turkish gendarmerie was responsible for the killing of 13 people and the Kurdish militia killed 13 people, whilst the International Alliance warplanes were responsible for the death of (10) people.
ISIS (Da’ash) organization has killed 174 people in both bombings and direct attacks on civilians in Al-Suwayda province.
The province of Daraa was the highest in the number of victims with 318 people, followed by the province of Rif Dimashq with 171 people, all of whom were victims of torture, followed by Al-Suwayda province with 152 people, most of them victims of suicide attacks carried out by ISIS on 25/7/2018.
The total number of victims in the capital Damascus was (103), Idlib (78), Deir ez-Zor (58) and Aleppo (40). In addition, 38 people were documented in Hama Province, 29 in Hasakah, 26 in Lattakia, 11 in Homs, 10 in Quneitra and 6 in al-Raqqa Province.
