The Syrian Human Rights Committee (SHRC) documented the death of (1573) people during March 2018, the highest rate of casualties in Syria since November 2016. Among the victims this month were (306) children, (182) women and (9) people under torture.
SHRC documents the killing of 1573 in MarchThe regime forces were responsible for the death of (1265) people, while Russian forces killed (187) people, Turkish forces killed (23) people and the international coalition killed (9) people.
ISIS has killed (37) people, both in the execution or the landmines it left behind in the areas which was under its control. Kurdish militias killed (20) people, while (3) people were killed in the clashes between the armed opposition factions.
SHRC also documented the death of (61) people from landmines, (17) in the explosion of car bombs and (1) because of the siege on the Eastern Ghouta.
The province of Rif Dimashq came in the forefront of the provinces in terms of the number of victims, as they reached (1179) people, or about (75%) of the total, the highest number of victims in the province since the massacre of the chemical weapons Ghouta on 21/8/2013. Followed by Idlib province (163) people and then Aleppo (84) people
The total number of victims in Deir ez-Zor province was (33), (27) in Daraa province, (21) in Hama province and (17) in Hasaka province. While in Homs (12) people and in Raqqa (11) people, and (8) people in the capital Damascus
