the armed Kurdish Units in Afrin City, Aleppo, shelled two hospitals, one for mental diseases and the other obstetrics in the A’zaz city, causing direct injuries to patients residing in the two hospitals, some of whom suffer from mental and psychological problems. Initial injuries are estimated to 12 individuals, 7 of them are in serious condition.

The shelling caused substantial damages to the two hospitals, whilest shells directly hit the patients’ rooms.
The injured patients were transferred to other hospitals and health centres, while seven injured were transferred to other hospitals and medical centres whilst  serious conditions were transferred to Turkey. The shelling left the two hospitals out of service.
