Car Bomb Explosion in Idlib Kills 25 Civilians

A car bomb explosion that was parked by an unknown perpetrator outside of ‘Al-Miri’ supermarket in ‘Thalatheen’ street in Idlib city, northern Syria, killed 25 victims and injured dozens more; some of them in a critical condition.

The execution of operations that target civilians with bombs is considered a crime against humanity, and could only be committed by convicts.
