Daily Report on Violations of Human Rights in Syria: 17/12/2017

The total number of victims (which we were able to document) in Syria on Sunday 17/12/2017 reached 20 deaths including four children, eight women, and one killed under torture.

In Idlib, nine civilians were killed in Russian airliner incendiary bombs banned internationally on the city of Khan Sheikhun (rural Idlib).

In addition, three died in Daraa, two in artillery shelling on the town of Kafr Shams, and one under torture in a regime prison.

Furthermore, three civilians were killed in Ar-Raqqah in a mine explosion remnant of ISIS. An additional three civilians were killed in clashes with government forces in Hama

The killing of a civilian was documented in shelling in the town of Hajeen (Deir Azzour). A civilian was also killed in clashes with government forces in Jabal al-Sheikh (rural Damascus).
