The total number of victims (which we were able to document) in Syria on Wednesday 13/12/2017 reached 30 deaths including two children, a woman, and one killed under torture.
In Deir Azzour, 22 civilians were killed, 20 in international alliance shelling on the town of al-Jarthi, one in artillery shelling on the town of Hajeen, and one shot by Turkish border guards.
In addition, two died in Daraa, one in indiscriminate shelling on the town of Heet, and the other under torture in regime prisons. An additional two civilians were killed in Ar-Raqqah, as a result of mine explosions remnants of ISIS.
The killings of two civilians were documented in Al-Hassaka, one in a mine explosion remnant of ISIS in the town of al-Shamsani, and the other (a baby) refused exit, by the managers of Mabruka camp, for treatment outside the camp. The killings of another two civilians were documented in the town of Bait Sawa (rural Damascus).
