The total number of victims (which we were able to document) in Syria on Sunday 03/11/2017 reached 48 deaths including 13 children and three women.
In rural Damascus, 28 civilians were killed; 25 in shelling on the towns and cities of eastern Ghouta distributed as follows: 16 in Humuriya, four in Arbeen, three in Bait Sawa, one in Harasta and Masraba. Two civilians were killed in a landmine explosion in eastern al-Qalmun, and one as a result of drought and malnutrition due to the siege imposed on eastern Ghouta.
Furthermore, six were killed in Ar-Raqqah as a result of a landmine explosion while they were searching their homes in Ar-Raqqah. A further five civilians were killed in Idlib, four in a bomb explosion, and the other in shelling on rural Idlib.
The killings of four civilians were documented in Deir Azzour, two as a result of previous airstrikes on Deir Azzour, one in international alliance shelling on the town of Granij, and a child shot by Qasd militia who targeted his family’s vehicle in Badia al-Jazeera. The killings of another two civilians were documented in clashes with government forces in Homs.
The commission documented the killings of two civilians in a bomb explosion in Hama. A civilian was also killed in a landmine explosion in the village of al-Hajaaj (Aleppo).
