The total number of victims (which we were able to document) in Syria on Wednesday 22/11/2017 reached 17 deaths including five children and a woman.
In rural Damascus, eight civilians were killed; five in shelling on Arbeen and the town of Ain Tarma, two poisoned with salt-like material sold in the markets, and one in clashes with government forces.
Furthermore, three died in Deir Azzour, two in a landmine explosion in the village of al-Shahbaat, and one in shelling on al-Bukamal. An additional three civilians were killed in Ar-Raqqah, as a result of several landmine explosions remnants of ISIS.
The killing of a member of the civil defense was documented in Idlib, assassinated at the hands of unknown assailants. A civilian was also killed in al-Yarmouk camp in Damascus because of her illness and delay in taking her out of the al-Aruba – Yalda checkpoint to transfer her to Damascus hospitals for treatment.
In addition, a civilian was recovered from the rubble in al-Atarib (Aleppo) following Russian shelling eight days ago.
