Daily Report on Violations of Human Rights in Syria: 21/11/2017

21-November-2017 By admin2

The total number of victims (which we were able to document) in Syria on Tuesday 21/11/2017 reached 11 deaths including three children and two women.

In rural Damascus, five civilians were killed, three in shelling on Zamlaka, Arbeen and Masraba, and two in clashes with government forces.

Furthermore, four died in Deir Azzour, three in shelling on Sawh al-Rafa’i (rural al-Bukamal), and one shot by a regime sniper while crossing Euphrates river.

A civilian was killed in Ar-Raqqah, in a mine explosion remnant of ISIS in ar-Rad’ya neighbourhood. The killing of a child was documented in Al-Hassaka as a result of the severe cold weather and the lack of medical care in al-Sad camp.
