The total number of victims (which we were able to document) in Syria on Wednesday 15/11/2017 reached 40 deaths including eight children, eight women and one killed under torture.
In Deir Azzour, 16 civilians were killed; ten in shelling on Sawh al-Fara’i camp and a camp for refugees in Qayda al-Shat, al-Sawsa and Mahkan, four in shelling on the town of al-Sayal and the village of Hasraat, and two in mine explosions on al-Haseeniya.
Furthermore, 12 died in rural Damascus, two in shelling on Douma, Arbeen, Saqba and Hawsh al-Dawahira, and two in clashes with government forces.
In addition, four were killed in Aleppo, three in a bomb explosion remnant of Russian cluster bombing on al-Baab, and one shot by unknown assailants near the village of Isha.
A further two civilians were killed in Homs, one shot by a sniper and another under torture in a regime prison. Three civilians were also killed in Ar-Raqqah, in a mine explosion remnant of ISIS.
The killing of a civilian was documented in Daraa, in a bomb explosion near the town of al-Na’ima. The killings of two civilians were also documented in clashes with government forces in Hama.
