Daily Report on Violations of Human Rights in Syria: 05/11/2017

5-November-2017 By admin2

The total number of victims (which we were able to document) in Syria on Sunday 05/11/2017 reached 33 deaths including 11 children, six women and two killed under torture.

In Deir Azzour, 20 civilians were killed; 17 in shelling on the villages of al-Ashayir and al-Sabha, the city of al-Basira, a refugee camp in the town of al-Ma’izliya and the towns of al-Sabkheen and al-Daweer. In addition, three were killed at the hands of ISIS; among them were two shot in the head and the third for refusing to stop at one of the ISIS barriers.

Furthermore, six were killed in Idlib, four due to an explosion of an old missile remnant of shelling in eastern Areeha, and two shot by Turkish border guards.

A further three civilians were killed in Hama in clashes with government forces. The killings of another two civilians were documented in Ar-Raqqah as a result of a landmine explosion remnant of ISIS.

The killings of two brothers were documented in Daraa, under torture in a regime prison after enduring two years of imprisonment.
