The total number of victims in Syria on Sunday 15/10/2017 reached 23 deaths including three women and one killed under torture.
In Deir Azzour, 11 civilians were killed; seven in Russian shelling on a primary school sheltering refugees from the town of Sal’u, two in shelling on the town of al-Tayba, and two in shelling on Hajeen crossing and the town of Baqras.
Furthermore, seven died in rural Damascus; four in shelling on Masraba, Ain Tarma and Saqba, two in clashes with government forces, and one shot by Turkish border guards while attempting to cross the borders.
In addition, two were killed in Ar-Raqqah, one in international alliance shelling, and the other shot by Qasd militia. An additional two civilians died due to the lack of medical care and medicine in al-Sad camp (Al-Hassaka). The killing of a civilian from Homs was also documented under torture in a regime prison.
