The total number of victims (which we were able to document) in Syria on Monday 09/10/2017 reached 26 deaths including seven children, three women and one killed under torture.
In Ar-Raqqah, 11 civilians were killed, eight in international alliance shelling and three slaughtered at the hands of ISIS.
Furthermore, seven died in Deir Azzour, six in shelling on al-Ashara, al-Qawriya and Khasham, and one as a result of a mine explosion at the outskirts of Euphrates River.
In addition, two were killed in rural Damascus, one in clashes with government forces, and one in shelling on Masraba. An additional two civilians were killed in Al-Hassaka, one as a result of a landmine explosion near ar-Rashidiya, and a woman died as a result of the lack of medical care at al-Sad camp and prevented exit by Qasd militia.
The killings of three civilians were documented as a result of clashes with government forces, two in Hama, and one in Homs. A civilian was also killed under torture in a government prison in Daraa.
