The death toll in Syria on Sunday 24/09/2017 reached 28 deaths including three children and six women.
In Idlib, 12 civilians were killed in Russian shelling on the villages of Tal Mardeekh and al-Sheikh Sandiyan, the city of Khan Sheikhoun and rural Saraqib.
Furthermore, five were killed in Hama, three in artillery shelling on Wadi Za’ib, and two in clashes with government forces.
In addition, four died in Deir Azzour; two in artillery shelling on the town of Khasham and the village of Hatla Tahtany, one in international alliance shelling on al-Mayadeen, and one shot by a regime sniper. An additional four civilians were killed, two as a result of a mine explosion remnants of ISIS, and two in international alliance shelling in Ar-Raqqah.
The killing of a civilian was documented in rural Damascus as a result of shelling on Douma. The killing of another civilian was documented as a result of Russian shelling on the town of Kafr Aleppo (Aleppo). A civilian was also killed in Daraa as a result of artillery shelling on Daraa al-Balad.
