The death toll in Syria on Monday 19/09/2017 reached 20 deaths including three children and three women.
In Deir Azzour, six civilians died, five in shelling on the towns of al-Bulayl and al-Tub, and the villages of al-Tarif and al-Anba, one shot by a regime sniper, and one in clashes with government forces.
Furthermore, five were killed in Idlib, four in shelling on the towns of Ma’r Zeita, al-Tah and al-Habeet, and one shot by Turkish border guards while attempting to enter Turkish territory.
In addition, three were killed in Al-Hassaka as a result of two suicide bombs carried out by ISIS at a gas plant in eastern al-Shaddadi. An additional three civilians were killed in Hama, two in shelling on the towns of al-Shari’a and the village of Tiba al-Imam, and one while rescuing the wounded during clashes with the regime.
The killings of two civilians were documented in Ar-Raqqah as a result of international alliance shelling. The killing of another civilian was documented as a result of the lack of availability of treatment for cancer he suffered due to the sieged imposed on Douma by the regime.
