Daily Report on Violations of Human Rights in Syria: 04/09/2017

The death toll in Syria on Monday 04/09/2017 reached 29 deaths including a child and a woman.

In Deir Azzour, 18 civilians were killed in a mine explosion while attempting to escape ISIS controlled areas near Abu Khashb.

Furthermore, four died in Ar-Raqqah in international alliance shelling. An additional four civilians were killed in Al-Hassaka; two in international alliance shelling near al-Hawl camp, one shot by Turkish border guards, and one shot by the Kurdish Democratic party in a protest against them.

The killing of a civilian was documented at the hands of unknown assailants in Salqeen (Idlib). The killing of another civilian was documented in shelling in the town of Ain Tarma (rural Damascus).
