The death toll in Syria on Friday 18/08/2017 reached 20 deaths. Among the victims was a child.
In Daraa, seven civilians were killed; four as a result of a bomb explosion on the road connecting between the village of al-Sura and eastern al-Ghariya, and three as a result of a military ambush carried out by the regime in the rural Daraa.
Furthermore, six died in rural Damascus; two as a result of previous shelling on Humuriya and Kafr Batna, one as a result of heavy shelling on the town of Hazza, one shot by one of the factions, and two in clashes with government forces.
An additional six civilians were killed in Ar-Raqqah as a result of shelling. A civilian was also killed in Dier Azzour as a result of a mine explosion remnant of ISIS.
