Daily Report on Violations of Human Rights in Syria: 31/07/2017

The death toll in Syria on Monday 31/07/2017 reached 26 deaths including three children and a woman.

In Deir Azzour, eight civilians were killed, six executed at the hands of ISIS, and two from wounds sustained in previous shelling on the town of al-Dablan.

Furthermore, seven died in Ar-Raqqah; three in international alliance shelling, two as a result of a mine explosion remnants of ISIS, and one in Qasd militia shelling.

An additional seven civilians were killed in rural Damascus in clashes with Hezbollah militia in Jurud Arsal.

Three civilians were also killed in Hama, as a result of shelling on the town of Rasm al-Awabid. The killings of two civilians were documented in Idlib, one at the hands of Tahreer al-Shaam under charges of belonging to Dar’ al-Furaat and the other in clashes with government forces.
