June 2017: 1034 Deaths Documented

SHRC documented the killing of 1034 people in June 2017, including 169 children, 84 women, and 14 that died under torture.

Bombing carried out by the International coalition was responsible for 220 deaths, coming second after the Syrian regime forces who were responsible for the deaths of 414 people, whilst ISIS killed 133 people, and the Kurdish militias killed 68.

The highest number of deaths took place in  Ar-Raqqah, in which 360 were killed, followed by Deir Azzour in which 225 were killed. In Daraa, 183 were killed, whilst in rural Damascus, 62 were killed.

In Idlib 48 were killed, 41 in Hama, 40 in Aleppo, and 23 in Al-Quneitra.

And in al-Hasaka 19 were killed, whilst Homs saw the death of 19 people. In the capital Damascus 13 were killed, and in Latakkia one person was killed.
