Almost One Thousand Killed in Ramadan

SHRC documented the killing of 967 people in Ramadan alone, 58% of whom hailed from the provinces of Deir Azzour and Ar-Raqqah alone.

Most victims were from Ar-Raqqah in which 382 were killed, followed by Dier Azzour in which 186 were killed, and then Daraa, in which 171 people were killed.

The highest number of killings were perpetrated by the Syrian regime forces (379), followed by the International coalition which killed 254 people, and then ISIS, which killed 152 people.
