The death toll in Syria on Monday 04/07/2017 reached 28 deaths including three children, two women, and one killed under torture.
In Ar-Raqqah, seven civilians were killed; four in international alliance shelling, two at the hands of Qasd militia (one in shelling and the other shot by a sniper), and one in a mine explosion carried out by ISIS.
Furthermore, seven died in Idlib in a car bomb explosion near one of the schools in the town of Hafr Sajna. In addition, eight died in rural Damascus, six shot by the Lebanese army in Arsaal (Lebanon), and two in shelling on Douma.
The killings of three civilians were documented in Homs; one under torture at the hands of the Lebanese army, another in clashes with government forces, and one in shelling on Kafr Laha. The killings of another three civilians were documented in Aleppo, two in Turkish artillery shelling on Afreen, and one on shelling on the town of al-Has.
