The death toll in Syria on Tuesday 20/06/2017 reached 66 deaths, including 15 children, nine women, and one killed under torture.
In Deir Azzour, 21 civilians were killed; 14 in shelling on the town of Khasham, three in international alliance shelling on the towns of al-Tabani and al-Baseera, two in ISIS shelling on al-Qusur neighbourhood, and one under torture in a regime prison.
Furthermore, 17 died in Ar-Raqqah; seven in international alliance shelling on Ar-Raqqah and the village of Kasra Farj, six in a mine explosion remnants of ISIS, three in Syrian Democratic forces shelling on the village of al-Bu’asi, and one executed at the hands of the regime under charges of working with the alliance forces.
In addition, 13 died in Daraa, 12 in clashes with government forces, and one in shelling on Tareeq al-Sad neighbourhood.
In Hama, eight civilians were killed as a result of mine explosions in the village of Hanida. Two civilians were also killed in Aleppo as a result of an explosion targeting their headquarters in al-Baab.
The killings of three civilians were documented in rural Damascus; one in clashes with government forces, another in shelling, and one as a result of the lack of food and medicine due to the siege imposed on eastern Ghouta. The killing of a civilian was also documented in Homs, assassinated at ar-Rukban camp, and another in Al-Hassaka, shot by Turkish Gendarme while attempting to enter the borders.
