Daily Report on Violations of Human Rights in Syria: 30/05/2017

The death toll in Syria on Tuesday 30/05/2017 reached 42 deaths including seven children and four women.

In Deir Azzour, 18 civilians were killed; 12 bodies found burned in the village of Jazra al-Bushams (it is believed that ISIS executed them after they infiltrated into the village on 19/05/17), three in ISIS shelling on the village of al-Bushams, and one in ISIS shelling on al-Jura neighbourhood.

An additional 18 civilians were killed in Ar-Raqqah, 13 in international alliance shelling on the towns of Ma’dan, abu Qabi’, al-Zalma and Hateen, and five in a mine explosion carried out by ISIS in the village of Ja’ideen and the area of Tal al-Bay’a.

Furthermore, four died in rural Damascus, three as a result of fighting between the factions, and one shot by the regime. A civilian was also killed in southern Damascus, shot by ISIS.
