The death toll in Syria on Sunday 28/05/2017 reached 21 deaths including two children and five women.
In Ar-Raqqah, 14 civilians were killed; six in Kurdish militia shelling on Ar-Raqqah, three in ISIS shelling on the village of al-Awaad, and five as a result of airstrikes in Ar-Raqqah.
Furthermore, three died in Daraa as a result of a bomb explosion carried out by the regime on the road connecting between the towns of western al-Mahaliya and Nahita.
An additional three civilians were killed in Deir Azzour; one as a result of ISIS shelling on al-Jura neighbourhood, another shot by an ISIS sniper, and one at the hands of the National Defense Forces after the theft of their house in the besieged al-Jura neighborhood. A civilian was also killed in the outskirts of Jobar neghbourhood (Damascus) at the hands of the regime.
