The death toll in Syria on Tuesday 23/05/2017 reached 25 deaths including eight children, five women, and one killed under torture.
In Ar-Raqqah, nine civilians were killed, six in a mine explosion remnants of ISIS, and three in international alliance shelling targeting the village of al-Baruda.
Furthermore, five died in rural Damascus, four in shelling on Bait Jan and Kafr Batna, and one in a bomb explosion remnant of shelling in Arbeen.
In addition, six died in Deir Azzour, four in international alliance shelling, and two in ISIS shelling of al-Jura neighbourhood (Deir Azzour). A further two civilians were killed in Al-Hassaka, at the hands of Kurdish militia after escaping compulsory military recruitment.
The killings of two civilians were documented in Daraa, one in bombing of explosive barrels on the town of Ibta’, and one in a mine explosion remnants of factions of the conflict in the town of Jaleen.
