The death toll in Syria on Wednesday 05/04/2017 reached 47 deaths including five children and three women.
In rural Damascus, 12 civilians were killed; seven in shelling on Saqba, three in clashes with government forces, one in international alliance shelling in Ar-Raqqah, and one shot by a regime sniper.
Hama witnessed the killings of nine civilians; five suffocated by Sarin poisonous gases targeting Khan Sheikhoun (Idlib) on Tuesday 04/04/2017, two in shelling, and two in clashes with government forces.
An additional nine civilians were killed in Daraa; six in clashes with government forces, two in shelling, and one shot by a regime sniper.
Furthermore, six died in Idlib; two in shelling on rural Jisr al-Shaghour, two in a regime ambush, and two suffocated by Sarin poisonous gases targeting Khan Sheikhoun on Tuesday 04/04/2017. A further two civilians were killed in Homs in clashes with government forces.
The killings of four civilians were documented in Ar-Raqqah, two in international alliance shelling targeting a boat they were travelling on when crossing the Euphrates River, and two in Kurdish shelling targeting their vehicle with a missile near the village of Kadiran (rural western Ar-Raqqah). The killings of two civilians were also documented in Aleppo, one in shelling on the town of abu al-Thuhur, and another in clashes with government forces. In addition, the killing of a civilian was documented in Deir Azzour as a result of an umbrella of relief aid falling directly at him.
