The death toll in Syria on Wednesday 29/03/2017 reached 52 deaths including eight children, and seven women.
Aleppo witnessed the killings of 15 civilians; seven in international alliance shelling targeting the town of al-Mansoura (rural Ar-Raqqah), five in shelling on Kafr Hamra and Jabal al-Sheikh, and three in clashes with government forces.
In Idlib, 11 civilians were killed, ten in shelling on Deir al-Sharqi in rural Ma’rat al-No’maan and Jisr al-Shaghour, and one in clashes with government forces.
In addition, nine died in rural Damascus, seven in shelling on Masraba, Arbeen, Zamlaka and Madeera, and two in clashes with government forces.
Furthermore, seven died in Homs; four in a bomb explosion in al-Zahra neighbourhood (Homs), two in shelling on the town of al-Za’farana, and one shot by a sniper. A further four civilians were killed in shelling on the town of Deir al-Sharqi (Idlib).
The killings of three civilians were documented in Ar-Raqqah, in international alliance shelling on the village of ar-Rahyat. The killing of a civilian from Deir Azzour was also documented in clashes with government forces. Two civilians were also killed in shelling in Daraa.
