The death toll in Syria on Friday 24/03/2017 reached 41 deaths including four children and two women.
In Idlib, 21 civilians were killed; 16 as a result of airstrikes targeting the executive force building in Idlib, three in shelling on Khan Sheikhoun and Urum al-Jawz, and two in clashes with government forces.
Furthermore, six died in rural Damascus, four in clashes with government forces, and two in shelling. A further two civilians from Damascus were killed in clashes with government forces.
Ar-Raqqah witnessed the killings of four civilians, three in international alliance shelling on the town of al-Sabkha (rural Ar-Raqqah), and one in a mine explosion remnant of ISIS.
In addition, four died in Aleppo as a result of international alliance shelling on al-Mansura (Ar-Raqqah). Two civilians were also killed in Homs, one in international alliance shelling on Ar-Raqqah, and the other in shelling on the village of al-Talul al-Hamr.
The killing of a civilian was documented in clashes with government forces in Hama, and another civilian from Deir Azzour shot by a regime sniper.
